Ajinomoto is the most popular brand of gyoza in Japan and these perfect little parcels of deliciousness are fantastic. The best way to cook them is to steam them from frozen for about 5 minutes and then finish them off in a hot pan with a little oil, just to crisp up the sides. They are delicious served with a simple dipping sauce.
