Spoon over a bowl of plain rice, a fried egg or a bowl of ramen, it does the work of a whole extra ingredient. It's also good on buttered toast, a baked potato or tossed through hot spaghetti for a quick, Japanese-style aglio e olio.

The Best Sourdough.
If you like sourdough, the one that Ben and Alice supply at Somerset Foodie is the best one ever. We have tried many, many different sourdough suppliers and some are okay but this one surpasses all others hands down. It is yet another brilliant product which Somerset Foodie supplies.
