The information we collect…

Your name, email address, phone number and postal address if purchasing products from Somerset Foodie online or over the phone.

Payment data will be collected upon purchasing products, but never stored.

Provision of all personal data is entirely optional and we promise to never share your data with anyone else without your permission.

In October 2020 we added Facebook tracking pixels when we connected Shopify to Facebook.  

What we do with your information…

Somerset Foodie Ltd customers - we keep you informed of the status of your order. If you opt in to email marketing from Somerset foodie we will email you from time to time to update you about new products, inspiring recipes and changes to our business. To communicate with you as per any obligations we may have to you or any agreements we may have made. We will only contact you about Somerset Foodie and we will never share your data with any third parties except for the carrier services we use to ship your products to you.

In relation to the processing of personal data we will always rely on specific and clear consent from you. Upon consent being given, we will process your information when required until consent is withdrawn. You are legally entitled to withdraw consent, update your information or ask for your personal data to be deleted at any time.
