Refund policy

Occasionally though, we know you may want to return ingredients you have bought. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days of dispatch for a refund, we do not cover the cost of the return postage.  Please email hello@somersetfoodie.com or call us on 07834 852561 if you wish to return any goods, The return address is Somerset Foodie Ltd, Unit 1, Church Farm, Parkgate Lane, Rode, Somerset, BA11 6AA.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, we will replace them free of charge or issue a refund. Please contact hello@somersetfoodie.com with the details of the faulty goods.
