The Korean Pantry Kimchi Seaweed Flakes are a fantastic seasoning to sprinkle over so many different dishes. Made with mature kimchi that's been carefully dried to preserve it's intense kimchi flavour with the addition of Korean gochugaru (chilli flakes), sesame seeds, seaweed, salt and sugar. It has an amazing flavour that you'll reach for time and again. Try sprinkling this over rice, noodles, dumplings, gyozas or on eggs, steamed vegetables, grilled fish, poke bowls.....this list goes on.
The founder of The Korean Pantry is Cindy Robert, she was a pastry chef in London before travelling in Korea and falling in love with their cuisine. Over the years and with multiple trips back to Korea, she has perfected the art of kimchi and many other Korean dishes.
