This Artisan Malt Vinegar is produced by traditional methods, unpasteurised and unfiltered, matured in oak barrels then drawn straight from the barrel. It's like no ordinary malt vinegar.

Made by the Artisan Vinegar Company in an old disused nuclear bunker in Cornwall, it has a lovely mellow acidity with a well rounded flavour. Use it where you might use any other vinegar, but it's particularly good in stews, salad dressings and of course, the best fish & chip condiment.

Contains the 'mother'.
