La Chipotlera Llorona is an organic Spanish hot sauce built on habanero chilli and pineapple, and it's the hottest sauce in La Chipotlera's range. Its bright, golden colour hints at the tropical fruit underneath, but don't be fooled - this one earns its high heat rating, balancing sweet pineapple and yellow chilli against a serious habanero kick, all grown and made by hand on La Chipotlera's own organic farm in Navas de Oro, Segovia.

Its sweet-heat balance makes it brilliant with anything that can take a fruity edge - drizzle it over grilled prawns, jerk chicken or pork skewers, or stir it into a mango salsa for extra punch.
