Med Cuisine's Pickled Lemon Paste gives you all the flavour of preserved lemons in a handy paste form that you'll reach for whenever you want an intense, tangy lemon flavour. It's perfect to mix into dressings, marinades, sauces and dips and pairs well with so many things - from roasted vegetables and grain salads to meat and fish dishes.

Ingredients: Preserved lemon (81%) (lemon, salt), canola oil, water, sugar, turmeric, dried coriander, hot paprika, preservative (E202).
We aim to process every order within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12pm will generally be processed the following day.
Once your order has been packed, standard delivery takes 48hrs once it leaves our warehouse, we do have an express option which is 24hrs and is recommended when ordering any chilled items.
We can mail order ambient and chilled ingredients to the whole of the UK, including all of The Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we cannot mail order frozen items.
All shipments are tracked, we use a combination of The Royal Mail and DPD, tracking numbers are emailed to you for each order.
Our shipping rates depend on the weight of your order and start from £3.99 shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All the packaging we use is compostable or just paper and cardboard that can easily
be disposed of in your kerbside recycling. (Chilled items are sent in temperature controlled pouches with ice packs
which are not compostible but can be reused).
I've always used lemons and hate it when the old box grater cant get a grip and the lemon won't grate cos its old. No more frustration! This lemon paste is my new best friend. Add to new potatoes pasta avocado carrot salad. Never lets you down . Lasts for ...not long cos its so good.

I really enjoyed these peppers, they’re a nice reminder of pintxos in Bilbao. Very nice!
Pizza base, Mutti Tomato Polpa, Fior mozzarella ball and a tin of sardines all from Somerset Foodie with some olives and other oddments from home enabled my grandchildren (who are pizza connoisseurs!) my daughter and I to have the most delicious pizzas over Easter. We each chose our own toppings and creative designs - completely delicious and very satisfying! Half a pizza is a generous portion by the way… so I still have 3 bases in the freezer! Thank you Ben

Following Ben's recipe, I used the Asturian Meat Stew Pack to make a really tasty fabada and it was very well received.
