Additional information:
For a simple, go-to curry, fry 4 heaped tablespoons of paste in oil for 5 minutes, add 400ml coconut milk, a splash of water, a pinch of salt and simmer with meat, seafood or veg until tender - feeds four.

Once opened keep in the fridge and use within 2 weeks. Will also freeze beautifully.
