Additional information:
For a "GO-TO" curry recipe, fry 4 heaped tablespoons of paste in oil for 5 minutes. Add 400ml coconut milk, a splash of water and salt to taste. Simmer with meat, seafood or veg until tender. Feeds four.

Once opened, keep in the fridge for 2 weeks. Also freezes beautifully.
