Indian Paratha Breads are widely eaten through India and the sub continent. They are made by a process of layering dough over itself, think of puff pastry. These parathas have a little spring onion mixed through the dough and are delicious. They are perfect for mopping up curries and as an accompaniment to Indian food.
These frozen parathas are raw and therefore require cooking. Heat a non-stick dry frying pan (medium/hot temperature) and toast the parathas for about 30 seconds on each side. As they cook, like puff pastry you will see them rise up a little. This is when you know they are done. Cook them straight from frozen, it's important that they don't defrost prior to cooking.
There are 5 Paratha Breads in every pack.
Please note that these Paratha breads are frozen, they are not available for Mail order.

Best pizza bases I’ve had - topped with Somerset Foodie buffalo mozzarella and Mutti tomato sauce. Thoroughly recommend service and products
Habhal’s Kecap Manis is delicious! A much sweeter and thicker version of soy sauce, which as the name ‘Kecap’ (Indonesian ketchup) suggests, can be liberally added to most dishes. It’s a thick, molasses-like Indonesian soy sauce made from fermented soy beans, sugar, and spices. The bottle seems to last for ages, and is very good value. Highly recommended!
Superb range of ingredients! Wonderful company with lovely, passionate owners. Delivered via electric van.
So many interesting products, and lots of good advice from the staff. The olives were stunning.
I’ve ordered the Calabrian chillies for the second time ..
They superbly compliment the Chicken Arrabbiata pasta dish that I make .. which is a traditional Italian recipe…
A suggestion may be to include quality San Marzano tomatoes in your range to complement this dish … it’s loved by all of my family…
