Made in the heart of Calabria, Tutto Calabria's Authentic Calabrian Chili Sauce is iconic to the region’s deep-rooted love affair with chilli peppers – a passion that’s been passed down through generations.
Calabrians are famous across Italy for their love of spicy food. In this sun-drenched region, chilli peppers – known locally as peperoncini – are more than just an ingredient; they're a symbol of regional pride and culinary identity. You’ll see strings of red chillies drying under balconies, infused in oils, or added to everyday dishes for a kick of heat and vibrancy.
Tutto Calabria’s chili sauce is handcrafted using locally grown Calabrian chillies, harvested at peak ripeness. The chillies are crushed and preserved with olive oil, salt, and a touch of vinegar – keeping the focus on the rich, natural heat and fruity flavour of the peppers. There are no artificial additives, just a simple and honest recipe that lets the chillies shine.
The flavour is earthy, sweet and fruity and slightly smoky, with a punchy finish that lingers. This isn’t just about spice – it’s about flavour-packed heat.
This Calabrian chili sauce is incredibly versatile:

Ingredients: Calabrian chili peppers 48%, water, vinegar, olive oil, salt, garlic.
We aim to process every order within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12pm will generally be processed the following day.
Once your order has been packed, standard delivery takes 48hrs once it leaves our warehouse, we do have an express option which is 24hrs and is recommended when ordering any chilled items.
We can mail order ambient and chilled ingredients to the whole of the UK, including all of The Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we cannot mail order frozen items.
All shipments are tracked, we use a combination of The Royal Mail and DPD, tracking numbers are emailed to you for each order.
Our shipping rates depend on the weight of your order and start from £3.99 shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All the packaging we use is compostable or just paper and cardboard that can easily
be disposed of in your kerbside recycling. (Chilled items are sent in temperature controlled pouches with ice packs
which are not compostible but can be reused).
