Jonas Cramby's book 'Taco Loco' is so evocative of our last trip to Mexico, the atmosphere of street food in Mexico is captured beautifully. It's always nice to flick through a book and recognize bars and markets that are featured in the photography. The recipes are easy to follow and it teaches you how to make much of the classic street food we saw and ate.
We have combined this recipe book with a few useful ingredients that will get you started on Jonas's recipes:
Masa Harina Maize Flour
Essential for making soft corn tortillas
Dried chillies - Ancho, Guajillo & Chipotle
Used in multiple recipes
Achiote Paste
A classic Mexican ingredient used for mariandes - try the recipe for tacos al pastor on page 70.
Tajin Seasoning
Used in lots of recipes, plus you'll find many more ways to improvise with this ingredient.
Depending on availability, we may have to substitute products in this pack for equivalent value and type.

Been buying this from Somerset Foodie for a couple of years.
Why?
Because it’s the best rice we’ve come across … and why settle for anything but the best?
