This Asturian meat stew pack is perfect for making Fabada, the classic Spanish dish from the North of the country. It contains the three important cured meats that make up this dish - smoked chorizo, smoked morcilla and cured pork. These combine with dried beans and smoked paprika to create a heavenly one pot stew.

Fabada is cherished in Spain in a similar way that Cassoulet is in South West France, both are amazing and well worth trying for yourself.
