These delicious caramelised red peppers are exceptionally good quality. They are beautifully sweet without any brine or acidic flavours often found with preserved peppers.

They are lovely served as part of a tapas menu, in salads, pasta dishes, try grilling some sourdough bread with a little olive oil, spreading over morcilla or olive tapenade and topping with the red peppers and some parsley, heaven.

You can keep these at an ambient temperature, once opened consume within 4 days.
