Well these curry kits come with a sachet of dehydrated onions that have already been through that long, slow cooking process. You simply rehydrate and start there - they are a genius idea and make all the difference.

600-800g skinless, boneless chicken (or any other meat or vegetable of your choice)
60ml cooking oil
200ml water
1 x 400g can of chopped tomatoes
Juice from half a lemon
Freshly chopped coriander (optional)
