How to use:

  • For a quick date caramel, blend 150g of dates with 4 tbsp warm water, 1 tbsp almond butter and a pinch of sea salt until completely smooth. Spoon over porridge, use as a dip for apple slices, or swirl into yoghurt.
  • For energy balls, blitz 200g dates with 100g rolled oats, 2 tbsp nut butter and 1 tbsp cocoa powder until the mixture clumps together. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Eat straight from the pouch as a snack, or halve and press onto a cheeseboard alongside sharp cheddar, manchego or a soft blue. Pairs well with walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
