Terre di Puglia's Millerighe Tarallini are traditional Apulian taralli, made in Andria, in the heart of Puglia, following recipes rooted in the region's baking history. “Millerighe” refers to their distinctive ridged shape, achieved using the classic Apulian method – the dough is shaped into rings, briefly boiled, then baked until golden and crisp, the same technique that gives a bagel its chewy crust, but taken further into a light, snappable crunch. Made with 100% Italian wheat and extra virgin olive oil, the Classic flavour is Terre di Puglia's purest expression of the tarallo – simple, fragrant and moreish.

These are proper aperitivo food – the kind of thing you'd find on a table in Puglia alongside a glass of local wine. Their plain, savoury flavour also makes them one of the more versatile snacks in the cupboard: good on their own, good with a wedge of cheese, and good broken up as a crunchy addition to a soup or salad.
