Argiolas Organic Pecorino Sardo is a real taste of Sardinia. It's quite different from Pecorino Romano - it's less salty and much sweeter with a slight citrussy sharpness and real sense of fresh sheep's milk. It's absolutely delicious and great as an antipasto, drizzled with honey or grated into pasta dishes or as part of a cheeseboard.
